All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is shown separately at checkout.

Prices can change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

If we find an obvious pricing or description error on an order, we'll contact you before going ahead. You can then confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us.

You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your payment is accepted.

Most parts are made or supplied to order. Lead times are shown on each product page and are estimates. For supplied-to-order parts we confirm the application and lead time with you after checkout, and refund you in full if the part can't be supplied for your car.

You're responsible for choosing a part that suits your vehicle. Fitment information on this site comes from our own development and our suppliers' catalogues. If you're unsure about your chassis, model year or existing modifications, ask us before ordering.

Where you choose fitting, we'll contact you to book a time at our Brendale workshop. Wheel alignment is arranged through a nearby provider, not performed in-house.

Some performance and suspension modifications can affect your vehicle's roadworthiness, registration or insurance. It's your responsibility to check that a modification is allowed for your vehicle and use, and to tell your insurer where required.

3D scanning, CAD design, product development and custom parts are quoted individually. The quote sets out the scope, price and timing, and those details apply to that work alongside these terms.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products.

The content of this website, including text, photos, product designs and graphics, belongs to Roccomotive or is used with permission. Please don't copy it for commercial use without asking.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
