For workshops & businesses

The engineering departmentyou don't have to hire.

You see the same car every week and there's no product for it. You need a scan four times a year. Two products need a part to join them. We work as your development resource, per project — scanning, CAD, prototyping and repeat manufacture.

How it works

What happens, in order.

  1. 01

    Talk through the recurring problem

What you do repeatedly that has no product, tool or part behind it.

  2. 02

    Scan and develop

We capture the application and design the solution — with your team's input on how it's used.

  3. 03

    Prove it in your workshop

Prototype fitted and tested on a real job before anything is locked.

  4. 04

    Supply on repeat

Production runs to the approved file. Terms on design ownership agreed per project.

Is this the right job for us?

Good fit, and what we’ll point elsewhere.

Good fit

  • Performance, tuning and restoration workshops
  • Fabricators and automotive product businesses
  • Race and motorsport teams needing engineered one-offs fast
  • Non-automotive businesses with an engineered component that suits the process
  • Metal printing, for parts that need to be metal

Not what we’re for

  • High-volume commodity parts where injection moulding or offshore supply is plainly the right answer — we'll say so
  • Body-kit and styling programmes

Questions

Asked before you ask.

Who owns the design if you develop a product for us?
It's agreed per project before work starts. A common model is that we retain the design and supply the manufactured part to you; a fully commissioned design can be structured differently. Either way it's in writing.
Can you private-label parts for our workshop?
Yes, where the volumes and the part suit. Talk to us about what you'd want to carry under your own name.
We're not automotive. Can you still help?
If the job fits our design and manufacturing capability and is commercially worthwhile, yes. Engineered housings, fixtures and interface parts are the usual fit.
Do you offer trade pricing on suspension?
We're a dealer for TEIN, Whiteline and SuperPro. Get in touch about supply for your workshop.
